My professional background includes being a business owner, a multi-unit business manager, an operations manager for acquired startups, and fundraising for large universities and small non-profits. I have managed internal and distributed teams, worked closely across all leadership levels, and cultivated donor relationships. I am a visual designer by training and have designed for web, graphic, and physical environments throughout my career.
This unique, multi-sector background, combined with an ability to map detailed systems, enables me to quickly identify structural issues and paths forward.
