For the redesign of Vanderbilt’s Reunion site, we wanted to create a site which looked fun, festive, colorful and celebratory.
I worked closely with the print designers to design the logo, and together we designed the bubbles overlays for images throughout the website. I carried the circular design theme through the top and bottom page navigation using round image buttons and bubble-like hover effects on desktop. The bubble treatment is also used on print and promotional material.
I created the page designs in the Omni platform (Bootstrap) using custom CSS and HTML. Once the home and subpage were created, we used these as templates for the entire site.
